Youth Academy

Our Youth Academy prepares U8–U10 players to progress to the Classic level and beyond through a dedicated staff of professionally licensed coaches who provide high-quality, age-appropriate training in a team-based environment. As the most competitive program offered at these age groups, the Academy focuses on comprehensive individual player development—building strong technical skills, game/positional understanding, confidence, and a passion for the game to create a solid foundation for long-term success.

Youth Academy Select is a competitive, development-focused program for players seeking a step up from recreational soccer without an overwhelming time commitment. Players train within the club’s full academy curriculum, focusing on technical skills, game understanding, and long-term growth. Teams play 6–8 games per season with limited travel (Whispering Pines, Sanford, Fayetteville). Games are held on two Saturdays per month, with 1–2 matches each day and a balance of home and away fixtures. Teams are formed by age/grade.

Youth Academy Premier builds on the Select Program, offering additional competitive opportunities for players ready for a higher level of play and commitment. Players follow the same academy curriculum while also competing in 2–3 festivals or tournaments each season, primarily in the Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro areas. This program provides more game exposure and stronger competition, while still maintaining a balanced schedule with approximately one weekend per month free of games. Teams are formed based on age/grade and, when appropriate, ability.

Both programs require a registration fee of $1200. This includes a $300 commitment fee and $90 per month for 10 months (July 2026 through April 2027). ​​​
